- Stance – Posture and Footwork
- Intro partner work using the base pattern @ 25% intensity.
- Intro bag work using the base pattern @ 50% intensity.
- Finisher - @ 100 intensity
Cost: $10 - $15 per person per class.
The class is capped at 16, reserve list will be taken if needed.
