Friday 30 July is International Friends Day, so why not celebrate by making some new friends by joining Invictus for a free training session!

Arrive by 9.30am to get fitted for a PFD (life jacket) and paddle; join in the team warm-up at 9.45am. We will then have a one-hour on water session from 10.00am.

All equipment provided and your first three sessions are free!
